Our judging panel consists of:
- Senior HR leaders and professionals from diverse organizations
- Industry experts and thought leaders in HR
- Academics and researchers specializing in HR practices
- Representatives from professional HR associations
- Independent consultants with extensive HR experience
All judges are selected based on their expertise, experience, and standing in the HR community. Judges sign confidentiality agreements and must declare any conflicts of interest.
Detailed scores and judge feedback are confidential and are not shared with applicants. This policy maintains the integrity of the judging process and ensures unbiased evaluation. However, your rating tier (Diamond, Platinum, Silver, or Bronze) will be communicated if you receive an award.
Applications are rated on a percentage-based scoring system with four tiers:
- Diamond: Exceptional excellence, highest level of achievement
- Platinum: Outstanding performance, superior results
- Silver: Strong performance, commendable achievement
- Bronze: Participation level, meets basic criteria
Winners in all tiers receive certificates and recognition. The tier reflects the level of excellence demonstrated.
Please note: Qualifying for a rating tier does not automatically guarantee an award. Awards are merit-based and depend on the overall quality of your application.
Winners will be announced on June 15, 2026. Detailed information will be shared before the result announcement. The winners' showcase is then updated on our website with company names, logos, and achievement summaries.
Not all applicants receive awards. Applications must meet minimum evaluation standards and demonstrate the level of excellence required for recognition. The judging process is rigorous and competitive. However, applications scoring above the minimum threshold across all tiers (Bronze and above) receive recognition certificates.
