This award honors HR leaders that excel in: • Visionary leadership demonstrating long-term contributions to advancing the HR profession, shaping modern people strategy, and pioneering approaches that have become industry standards • Strategic and organizational impact with measurable business transformations achieved through HR vision, leadership, and sustained strategic alignment with organizational objectives • Legacy and mentorship contributions toward developing, inspiring, and building capability among future HR leaders through formal and informal development activities • Industry contribution through thought leadership, policy influence, publications, speaking engagements, or meaningful contributions to the wider HR community • Ethical and purpose-driven leadership showcasing integrity, inclusivity, commitment to diversity and equity, and sustainable HR practices throughout their career Eligible nominees include senior HR executives, Chief People Officers, HR consultants, academics, or industry leaders with 20+ years of distinguished service who have left an indelible mark on the HR profession through vision, integrity, and measurable impact. Entry Requirements: Entries are welcome from self-nominated candidates or through third-party nominations by colleagues, mentees, or industry bodies. Nominees must have minimum 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience demonstrating sustained impact across multiple organizations or a transformational legacy within one. Submissions must include comprehensive career documentation, quantified impact evidence, and testimonials from senior stakeholders. Nominees must demonstrate ongoing or recent contributions to the HR profession.
